Matt Murdock as a child was blinded by a chemical spill in a freak accident. Instead of restricting him it gave him superhuman senses enabling him to see the world in a unique way using his powers to deliver justice. He’s a vigilante at night on Hell’s Kitchen’s streets while being a lawyer in his own law firm during the day.
